The aim of this course is to introduce basic terms of management which can be used in medical praxis. The aim is to introduce to students not only the theoretical framework of management, but especially the topics related to situations that students may encounter in their medical practice: e.g. personnel management, communication, leadership and motivation, conflict solving, quality management or decision making.
