Prerequisites / Prerequisites:
Successful completion of the course KEI / CES or KEI / CESA, knowledge of the material from lectures and exercises of this course, the ability to use the knowledge.
Signals in digital systems. Logic members, TTL and CMOS technologies. Combinational circuits - design, dynamic properties, hazards and principles of their elimination. Basic combinational function blocks - decoders, multiplexers, comparators, priority circuits, circuits for arithmetic operations. Flip-flops and samplers. Sequential circuits - description, properties, design, timing. Counters, registers, linear counters. Circuits for generating and shaping pulses. Digital phase lock. RAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, FLASH, static, dynamic, SDRAM. Special types of memories (LIFO, FIFO, double gate). Principles of design of large-scale systems. Microprogram automaton, finite state automata. Chained processing. Synchronization. Design of interference-resistant systems.
Test requirements:
Credit: completion of laboratory exercises, demonstration of functionality according to the assignment and presentation of individual work.
Exam: knowledge of KEI / PLO material from lectures and exercises, ability to use knowledge.
