| Acquaint students with the procedure of losses calculation of power semiconductor components of the power electronic converters and inform them of ways of semiconductor components cooling. Educate students calculations of semiconductor components heating and selection of type current. Acquaint students with the principles and methods of semiconductor devices protection against overcurrent. Acquaint students with the principles and methods of semiconductor devices protection against overvoltage. Acquaint students with the solution of converters design. |
