Course annotation
KFL/STR

The course gets students introduced to the subject of this linguistic discipline, it will bring them closer to the basic notions and categories. The particular linguistic styles will be characterized with the respect to their compositional stratification and the linguistic tools applied. Students will learn the terms as: stylistic norm; stylistic variant; stylistic mistake. The stylistic function of synonyms, homonyms, antonyms will be explicated alongside with the role of generic diversities of particular functional styles. A special look will be devoted to the comparative aspect of Russian and Czech professional speech. The course is intended as the one hour of the lesson and the one hour of the seminar. On seminars the students are supposed to solve the practical exercises emerging from the tasks vocalized during the lessons. The course is conducted exclusively in Russian language.
