| The aim of the course is to make the student acquainted with basic facts pertaining to and forming the background of practical Anglo-American studies. Apart from introducin the real linguistic description of the system of the English languages, attention will be paid to the historical and social context of the subject. Students will be informed about different parts of the English-speaking world using the most up-to-date facts and materials. |
