This subject is focused on theoretical principles, which are necessary for understanding of the nature of technological processes used for production of metallic materials. Approaches based on both microstructural and phenomenological description of processes are combined. The second part pays attention to the degradation mechanisms as a response of construction materials on loading during service at given conditions.
