Předmět MPS2 pro obor Právo (Mgr.) v ZS pro má studenta uvést do právního oboru mezinárodní právo soukromé a obchodní a seznámit ho s jeho zákonitostmi.
The objective of the course is to provide general overview in the field of the International Commercial Law, it means relationships, which are originating by the international commercial and economic cooperation between legal entities and subjects, which are carrying business on the territory of the different states. International Commercial Law establishes on the basic theoretical knowledge's gained by the study of the International Private Law.
