The aim of this course is to: provide students with information about methods of strategic management in organizations; provide students with knowledge and abilities which will make them able to formulate strategic plan; teach students to recognize strategic risks and to familiarize them with risks identification, evaluation and make them master basic methods of risk management; explain and practically verify procedures of strategic plan implementation and evaluation.
