The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the spatial arrangement of the world economic activities, their connections and networks. Main emphasis is on the aspect of globalization in agricultural and production, which is influenced by changing physical geographical, social and economic factors. The course attends to changes of spatial patterns of these activities over time.
