The aim of the course, which follows the Morphosyntax courses 1 and 2, is to introduce students to the French syntax. Attention is focused mainly on other verbal methods (subjunctive, conditional), infinitive, verbo-nominal constructions, and various ways of expressing time, condition, cause, purpose, effect and admissions in French, and expressing time sequence in time phrases.
