The course is designed for students with language competence at the level of course UJP/AC8B or at B2 level under the Common European Framework Reference.
The course is designed to develop students' knowledge of the key areas of business communication: cultural differences, telephone communication, effective presentations, business meetings and conferences, managing business conflicts and risks.
