Course - annotation (C004) Help

Course annotation KČJ/DINT -IS/STAG

Prepare the students both theoretically and practically for using the interpretation method. Thus the students will be able to apply the method in order to understand an artistic text in terms of its semantic structure and relevant contexts; teach the students the difference among literary interpretation of the text, reader´s interpretation and methodological interpretation; the students will learn to work with the determining features of methodological interpretation of the text and to watch the principles of selection and reduction both in the process and in the result of a methodological interpretation as well as other principles of methodological work related to the second grade of primary school and to the secondary school level (including the 8-year grammar school) and also related to the reader´s competence; the students will develop their ability to apply and vary the interpretation method according to its determining factors (the genre and poetic structure of the text, the age of the student and the complexity of his/her communicative activities, the aim of teaching within the literature teaching curriculum, cf. expected outcomes and key competences).
