The goal of the subject for the students is to become acquainted with the evolution of human society in the Prehistoric Period, focusing on interdisciplinary collaboration while studying both bygone and recent past. Students will acquire the basics of criticism and use of archaeological sources in relation to the periods lacking written sources, as well as the interpretation of situations which are, by both written and archaeological sources, revealed quite differently.
