Course objectives:
|
Introduction to mechanics and the theory of elasticity and strength. Mechanical elements, their stress, deformation and dimensioning. Principles of thermal and ventilation calculation. Electric and magnetic circuits of electrical power engineering systems. Design of electromagnets and the asynchronous motors with regard to their operational properties. Fundamentals of the design of typical electrical installations.
