Course objectives:
|
Before the teaching practice student gets knowledge of some specific areas of German language methodology (linguodidactics, teaching German to children with learning difficulties, projects and institutions supporting teacher and students in foreign language studies and development etc.). Student is introduced to the possibility of interactive boards in German language teaching.

1. Linguodidactics in practice.
2. Strategies and methods of self-reflection and self-evaluation.
3. Self-assessment and self-reflection as a means of teaching development.

5. Specifics of teaching German to children with specific learning disabilities.
6. Early German language teaching.
7. Projects and institutions supporting teachers and students in further learning and improvement of the foreign language.
8. Interactive whiteboards as support in DaF teaching.
9. Colloquium with faculty teachers, reflection on practice, pitfalls of the teaching profession.
