Course objectives:
|
The course is offered to students in practical demonstrations of methods and techniques to develop personal awareness and pedagogical competencies. Lectures and seminars are aimed at developing communication skills, self-esteem, develop creativity, ability to concentrate, sensory perception and self-reflection. Seminars are focused on developing communication skills, self-awareness, development of creativity, concentration ability, sensory perception and self-reflection. In the context of the studied literature, the basic principles of the learning process and the interactive method of education are practiced. Students will verify their personal layout for working with people, for successful teamwork, for presenting their own attitudes and for managing the group.
