Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to expand general skills and knowledge of the student in the field of pedagogy, psychology and didactics especially in the education of the informatics and ICT at the basic school and high school.

Requirements on student
|
To receive credit, students are expected to:
Analysis of the schoolbook of informatics and ICT.
Presentation of the own tasks for concrete topic and reflection other at designated workshops.
Preparation for the lesson.
Collection of individual tasks.

|
Subsumption and goals of the didactics of the informatics. Specialities environment for teaching computer science. Documents of the school transformation. The role of the informatics in the different type of school. Přehled výukových materiálů, jejich hodnocení a užití. Introduction with different forms and methods for teaching the informatics and ICT. The idea of an hour and subsequent formation of the preparation. Evaluation of the pupil's activities with regard to its further development. Reflexion of the lesson and analyze the results. Speech students as future teachers. Review of the possible literature, evaluation and utilization of tasks.

Knowledge - students are expected to possess the following knowledge before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
Students have knowledge and skills in the field of the computer science and ICT at the level similar to the bachelor´s study programme Natural Science Informatics in Education.
Students have knowledge in the field of psychology especially in education process.
Students have review about used methods of education psychology, psychology of learning and teaching.
Students have review about transformation of the czech school system and know basic school documents.
Students have the knowledge and attitudes for the application of pedagogical theory in didactics of computer science.

Learning outcomes
|
Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Students know how to specify and practically use right forms and methods for teaching information technology and they perceive different against other subjects.
Students have review about literature for teaching information technology, can find suitable tasks and can critically evaluate used materials.
Students prove ability to work in group.
Students take heed of work hygiene in working with computer.
Students can plan the lesson and is able to prepare the simulation of the lesson.
Students are not shy to lead the lesson.
Students know how to evalute the work of pupils, they can find positives and negatives.
Students are able to critically evalute their lesson.
Students are able to find documents of the school tranformation, know their content and understand the role of computers in the specified type of school.
Students are able to find electronic assistance for teaching. |
