Course objectives:
|
Students visit and investigate a specific area (mountains, karst, volcanic area or seafront) Students analyse local ecosystems (biotic and abiotic segments) and specific landscape systems (human- and physical-geography phenomena).

Requirements on student
|
Students have to demonstrate active knowledge of presented items and prepare a partial excursion on the visited localities.

Content
|
A field trip to a specific area (karst, mountains, seafront etc.). Analysis of local ecosystems (with demonstration of plants, animals, rocks and soils). Analysis of local natural processes (mapping and measurements). Analysis of natural and human phenomena at the visited area.
