Course objectives:
|
This course presents fundamental characteristics of different microscopic methods (light microscopy, electron microscopy, fluorescent microscopy etc.) preparing different permanent microscopy preparates and learn special microscopy and laboratory techniques.
The aim of this course is to familiarize students with important laboratory equipement and its functions (pH ?meter, oxymetr, fluorimetr, centrifuga etc).
