|
The aim of the course is to introduce, familiarize and examine the concept of constitutional law on a practical level, within the framework of the use of constitutional law in legal, especially legal and judicial practice. The optional subject will thus allow you to practice the acquired knowledge of constitutional law and the theoretical basis of constitutional doctrines, as well as the skills of professional constitutional argumentation, through a practical exercise. The subject should approach and use constitutional law and institutes of constitutional law in practice through fictitious legal files created for teaching purposes, both by the lawyer and the deciding judge.
