Course objectives:
|
A subject is based on the knowledge of theoretical subjects. It focuses on education for self-sufficiency, good work organization, communication skills and respect for basic principles of protection and safety. The aim of the practice is to acquire basic craft and skills and become familiar with the technological procedures used by the construction of prostheses and orthoses, prostheses construction HK, epitetice and maintenance and repair adjuvatics.

Content
|
1st General rules of maintenance and proper use of equipment, time and functional demands of patients for individual equipment
2nd Practicing proper procedure when attaching prostheses DK, treatment of individual parts as well as tilt feet to suit the shoes
3rd Treatment of UL prostheses, cosmetic gloves cleaning methods, care of bioelectrical prosthesis with a focus on the battery
4th Maintain braces and HK DK, lubricate joints and control lock.
5th Maintenance ortheses.
6th Caring for mobility aids, according to their classification. Maintenance of wheelchairs, their disassembly for transport, transport policy in a car
7th Prostheses and their maintenance, disinfection of parts into garment sink
8th Chemicals that can be used for disinfecting and cleaning equipment. Proper storage of aids for when not in use.
9th Short-term storage of captured equipment overnight and necessary tasks before deploying again.
10th Separation sleeves, their proper selection and maintenance. Transport equipment, appropriate shipping containers, dismantling equipment for transport
11th Disposal of non-functional equipment after its useful life.
12th Upper extremity prosthesis for a very long antebrachial stump, amputation of the hand,
13th Prosthesis for standard antebrachial stump, cosmetic palm adhesive system
14th Prosthesis for very short antebrachial stump, arm sleeve options, multiplier movement.
15th Prosthetic equipment exarticulation at the elbow joint
16th Humeral prosthesis cosmetic, tensile
17th Humeral prosthesis hybrid.
18th Measurement of the tensile strength of a bandage system. Measurement of tensile double tension bandage. Measurement of tensile three- tension bandage. Coupling of two tension prostheses, combining strength and activity of the castle.
19th Exarticulation prosthesis for the shoulder joint, the possibility of fixation on the patient.
20th Bioprosthesis, basic information about the system, measuring biopotentials, CAD-CAM technology
21st Equipment for bilateral amputees
22nd Special facilities for sport. Practicing self-sufficiency with a prosthesis
23rd Cosmetic replacement nose and ears, incorporation into glasses, dental resins technology
