Course objectives:

Objective of the course: Students will become familiar with the general structure of the training unit for fitness development. The subject serves as an editorial for working with the group. Students will learn about differences in exercises with respect to the age of the individual and the concepts of faulty posture.
Students will learn about the risks of damage of the locomotive apparatus when choosing inadequate exercises.

Testing of practical knowledge and skills.

1. Creating an exercise unit
2. Basic motor skills
3. Group exercises
4. Changes in the motion apparatus during involution and their clinical relevance
5. The polymorbidity and pain
6. Exercise for children, adults and seniors
7. Faulty posture and its impact on the state of the locomotive apparatus
8. Exercise for health and proper posture
9. Practical examples of lessons, training in conducting group and individual exercises in contact and online.
