Course objectives:

The course is an optional module for the Final State Exam of BA Humanities degree. The aim of the BA exam is to confirm students have the knowledge of the field, they can actively use modern methods and acquired essential specialist skills, knowledge and competence that they may employ in their future profession or MA programme.

Content
|
The course is designed for students who wish to complete BA Humanities degree in the respective academic year. It is an oral exam in front of a jury, which generally lasts about 15-30 minutes. The course and other requirements of the exam regulated by the Study and Examination Regulations of The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
During preparation for the BA exam, candidates may use individual or group consultation meetings with guarantors of disciplines relating to the exam areas.

Knowledge - students are expected to possess the following knowledge before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
A student may take the final Bachelor exam after he/she has met all requirements given in the curriculum design of the Humanities study filed set up by the Department of Philosophy and all rules contained in the Study and Examination state of the University of West Bohemia.
