Course objectives:
|
During the course, the student will get acquainted with the design of concrete elements stressed by a combination of load cases. The analysis of the elements / construction will be clarified. Computational models, simplifying procedures and methods will be discussed, including the method of design and assessment of selected types of structures - locally supported boards, boards around the perimeter supported, frame structures, stairs, supporting and foundation structures.
|

Credit requirements:
- fulfillment of predetermined deadlines for submission of assignments (max. 5 points);
- level of processing of assigned tasks (max. 5 points);
- Demonstration of professional knowledge and skills in the form of tests (1x entrance test - max. 10 points; 1x control test during the semester - max. 10 points).
Total number of points - max. 30 points, for obtaining credit - submission of correctly prepared tasks within the set deadlines + min. 15 points for the above activities.
Credit obtained in previous years of study is not recognized due to the new content of the course.
Test requirements:
- demonstration of knowledge and skills acquired during the study of the subject in written form (demonstration of theoretical knowledge and skills - test, max. 50 points);
- demonstration of knowledge and skills acquired during the study of the subject in written form (demonstration of practical knowledge and skills - examples, max. 15 points);
- Demonstration of knowledge and skills acquired during the study of the subject in oral form (interview form, discussion of the written part of the exam, max. 5 points).
Total number of points - max. 100 points (30 points credit + 50 points test + 15 points examples + 5 points oral examination) for successful completion of the studied subject, proof of min. 50% knowledge and skills.
The final evaluation does not only reflect the point evaluation (fulfillment of the point range of results), but it contains the overall evaluation of the acquired knowledge and skills, and therefore none of the mentioned parts of the evaluation must be fundamentally below the set average!!!
