Course objectives:
|
To acquaint students with specific techniques and leadership skills which are necessary for project and other teams leadership. Give them knowledge about current trends in leadership in organizations. Learn them to approach in a differentiated way to new teams, innovative teams, manage the situations associated with organizational changes and organizational culture.

Requirements on student
|
Credit prerequisites:
- Preparedness and active participation during the practical sessions min 70%.
- Completing and presentation of written assignment (individual or in group). Topics of the assignment will correspond with the content of the subject and will be announced before the start of semester
- Team presentation
Examination prerequisites:
Written test. possible oral interview
- Written test: content of lectures and practical sessions.
- Rating: (excellent: 90%, very good 77%, well 65% of possible points).
