Course objectives:
|
The aim of this course is to present students movement skills of chosen combative sports, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics of higher difficulty in full range of all gymnastic events. Students become familiar with problems of creation of chosen modern kinds of exercises with music and creation of choreography.

Elements from artistic and rhythmic gymnastics and chosen combative sports of higher difficulty. Creation of choreography of chosen modern kinds of exercises with music and creation of choreography. Gymnastic games and competitions. Model competition from artistic gymnastics in two chosen events - pairs selected by lot.

Knowledge - students are expected to possess the following knowledge before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
Student should master:
1. exercises and elements from rhythmic and artistic gymnastics in range of passed subject GYM1
2. gymnastic terminology of elementary and artistic gymnastics
3. spotting and safety check given when practicing already mastered sport skills |

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Students:
- remember terminology of elements of rhythmic gymnastics, chosen combative sports, artistic gymnastics and modern kinds of exercises with music of higher difficulty
- compose and perform routines from acquired elements of artistic gymnastics - model competition
- apply theoretical and practical knowledge of methodology of practice, spotting and safety check when acquiring of new sport skills from artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, modern kinds of exercises with music and combative sports
- apply knowledge and skills from different kinds of gymnastics to part of the course with game-gymnastic content
