Course objectives:

The aim of this course is to enable students to participate in field work in accordance with possibilities of the Department of Geography (the number of students, crowdedness of offered possibilities, collision of date, etc.), provide students with a fundamental review of field work and applied methods of research, inquiries, etc. Students obtain required information, knowledge and skills and methodological strategies required for their personal research or inquiry.

Requirements on student

Fulfilment of required assignments - field research, processing and presentation, processing of statistical data and their evaluation, elaboration of written or electronic record of the field trip.

Content
|
The content of this course is the Field work (possibilities are: inland field work or participation in terrain inquiry organised by the Department of Geography). Students are introduced to Field education and practical demonstration of methods, strategies, activities and skills and their rehearsing, understanding and mastery of them.
