Course objectives:
|
To introduce students the problems of holding cultural actions to let them work as a cultural employee in offices, cultural centres and art agencies.

Requirements on student
|
Practical acquaintance with the production of the most important cultural institutions in the region (Theatre of J.K.Tyl in Pilsen, Pilsner Philharmonic, Conservatory in Pilsen, Department of the Music Culture of the West Bohemian University, Institute of the Art and Design of the West Bohemian University, West Bohemian Museum, West Bohemian Gallery etc.) and the visit of at least 10 concerts or theatre performances (opera, ballet, musical play, operetta). In this semester focused on the events of the Department of the Music Culture of the West Bohemian University and the University Gallery of the West Bohemian University.

Basic knowledge of the history of music culture, especially in the Czech countries and West Bohemian region. |
