Course objectives:
|
During the outgoing practice, the student tries to manage his own lessons in the longer term, develops and improves his / her professional competencies. Practice builds on all previous practices, its main goal is to perceive the learning process in context and equip the student with skills that he will use safely further. Practice is focused on the student's ability to prepare and implement teaching for longer periods of time. The student leads to the automatic use of motivational elements, assessments, methods and forms of work, emphasizes his thinking in a wider context. The course builds on acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills from previous practice and studied literature. Students prepare detailed lessons for teaching. After completing the course, the student will reflect on the level of achievement of the learning objectives, the suitability of the methods used, and will consider the evaluation and motivation used. The student watches during his colleague's lessons and communicates them with descriptive language feedback. Feedback relates mainly to pre-defined criteria. Criteria consist of categories of didactics (learning objectives, methods, evidence of learning, teacher-pupil communication). The student also follows and comprehensively perceives the school environment, observes pupils with specific learning disabilities and behaviors, observes gifted pupils, perceives the climate of the faculty, and shapes the overall idea of ??the school's overall performance. She is familiar with the school documentation and the agenda administered by the school head. Students can also participate in extracurricular activities, class assets, communicate with parents of pupils, ... In the course of practice, you can make an alert (according to the rules on personal data). The student will introduce his / her practice and insights into the final meeting. It will also present the sub-portfolio and lead the discussion.
