Course objectives:
|
Students at the level of memorization, understanding, application and expert assessment will learn the individual topics mentioned in the content of the subject. After completing the course he is able to orientate in theoretical and applied topics of didactics of civic education.

Requirements on student
|
Seminar work: Didactic analysis of the curriculum on selected subject from civic education at elementary school. Presentation + defense. Oral exam.

Content
|
1. Didactic analysis of the curriculum - Selection criteria for the content of the curriculum of civic education, basic structure of the curriculum, proportionality of philosophy and social sciences. Arrangement and alternative content of curriculum content.
2. Textbooks of civic education, principles of creation and production of textbooks of civic education, current textbook offer.
3. Textbooks of Civic Education II. Analysis of main textbooks (with the MEYS clause).
4. Application of activation methods in current conditions of Czech education and teaching of civic education.
5. Specifics of teaching of civic education with regard to child psychosomatic development.
6. Project teaching.
7. Teaching lesson of civic education, typology of educational units. Non-formal forms of civic education. Use of specialized institutions in teaching civic education.
8. Curricular Reform - Key competences in civic education. Bloom's Taxonomy.
9. Curricular Reform - Curriculum Documents and Education Area Man and Society.
