Course objectives:
|
The aim of this course is to introduce students the basic issues in the field of didactics of movement recreation. To characterize the most frequent recreational physical activities. To introduce methods for testing fitness and performance in recreational physical education and sport. To introduce students possibilities of movement recreation in various conditions of action. To highlight the importance of social integration of disabled persons within the frame of the movement recreation. To systematize knowledge from the field of physiology, sport psychology, sociology and pedagogy in conditions of recreational physical education and sport. Psycho-social aspects of the movement recreation. Adequacy of the movement regimen with respect to age. Health significance of movement recreation.

Requirements on student
|
Credits requirements:
1 Practical output - to design a written preparation for a specific unit and its implementation (The preparation will be consulted with a teacher before this output)
2. Students who do not exercise the unit alone, they observe and evaluate their colleagues. In groups carry out an efficiency exercise unit. From this exercise unit students create inspection entry of class. Students hand over minimum five of these entries
3. They create an overview of the possibilities of motion recreation in Pilsen, eventually from their place of living. They visit three different exercise classes as an observer and make again inspection entry of class.
Examination Requirements:
A practical exam (oral and written) from the subject curriculum - written test prior to the oral exam.

Before the commencement/start of the course are assumed knowledge of the sciences of anatomy, physiology, pedagogy and psychology, theory of movement recreation. |

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Students are well informed in the basic concepts in the field of didactics of physical education and sport, and they can apply them in terms of the motion field of recreation. They can synthesize and apply previously acquired knowledge from the fields of physiology, psychology, pedagogy and sociology.
Students can search some terms linking the concepts of individual sectors in the scientific literature.
They can create a overview of the possibilities of movement recreation.
Student can construct and lead the unit movement recreation exercise with regard to individual particularities of individuals.
Students can assess feedback in terms of organization and efficiency. |
