Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is versatile movement preparation focused on cultivation of level of student´s fitness with regard to their professional specialization. During this course, students will be guided to an understanding of physical activity not only as a means of improving fitness levels, but will be familiar with the principles of good lifestyle in terms of compensation of mental and physical work load.
Students during this course focus particularly on the development of power, speed, endurance, dexterity and coordination. To become familiar with the basics of personal self-defense and acquire the basic skills that include basic technique stall, responding to an attack or aggressive behavior.

Requirements on student

Requirements:
Knowledge of fitness exercises and their effect on individual muscle parts, knowledge of the context in strengthening single muscles.
To design a personal movement plan and its contlinuously observance in terms of teaching.
Seminar paper on a selected topic related to fitness bodybuilding.

During the winter semester will be the content of teaching basic of bodybuilding fitness, basic drope test and applicated resistance excercises . Students learn the basic elements of self-defense.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Students clarify the basic rules of strengthening, clarify the basic strengthening exercises and recognize the influence on individual muscle parts. Students design a movement plan for a particular purpose, which will be applied in practice. At the end, students evaluate influence of plan and its effectiveness. |
